Our Story
Yi Ji Shi Mo Noodle Corp has been serving lower Manhattan since day one. We opened with a simple rule: if it doesn't meet our standard, it doesn't leave the kitchen.
That means dough that's pulled by hand every shift. Broth that simmers for hours. Vegetables that arrive fresh and get used the same day. No exceptions.
